I Need You all To Read And Take A Chance. Post Answers on this page. Be Brave, I need your help!! So here is my question. The noise (racist and crazy people that keep the hate going) are scaring me from my own country. The country that my father fought in three wars for, the country that I love. My husband and I ( bi-racial couple with 2 great college kids want to move out of California for retirement ) Im afraid of my own countrymen. Are we safe? Is Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin fans just noise and the majority of Americans good people? I have to consider the people that say get the black out of the White House. I want to believe that we as a country are more good than bad, but Im frightened. We are college educated people, with as many white friends if not more than Black. I dont want to be afraid of my country and lets be honest, the racist noise has gotten worse since president Obama was elected twice. What do you all think is the truth??? Are we one country with some nuts or have the nuts taken over? To the best of my ability I will post results, but I pray we will all see results.
