The charges being blackmail, intimidation and forcing a person into a contract against their will, contrary to the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997. I reserve the right to not give my private and personal PPS No. on to any private company as I do not wish to avail of their services and there is no guarantee that they will not pass my private information on to a third party without my consent. I am quite happy with the service that is being provided at present and do not wish to enter into a contract with any other provider. I would like to remind you, that the withholding of any security deposit by a landlord/Letting Agency from the tenant, for payment of a utility bill is illegal under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. Any further attempt to contact to me about Irish Water will be classed as harassment under the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997. Further, the management company will be reported to the Property Services Regulatory Authority under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. I trust this is the end of the matter.
