I SUED THE NHS BECAUSE OF AN UNPLANNED PREGNANCY: Katie Kelly-Ince (23) loves her four year-old daughter Niamh with all her heart. But a year after Niamh was born Katie sued the NHS. After a contraceptive implant failed, Katie fell pregnant aged just 18 with Niamh whose birth she says has robbed her of her youth, career prospects and freedom. Last year she received £11,000 pounds compensation from the NHS in an out of court settlement. However her and her mother Paula (46) dont believe it is sufficient for the mistake the NHS made.
