I WONDER DID I BECOME A VICTIM OF JUDICIAL DISCRIMINATION???? The Honorable Chief Justice of High Court Kalyan Sen Gupta has adjourned the PIL filed by me till next Monday on the issue of BSF firing in Kishan Bagh area of Hyderbad due to which there people lost their precious lives just on the ground that i was representation the court wearing advocate dress as i filed a PIL as Party In Person. I would like to remind all of you that the same Justice has took a very serious note during hearing on my previous PIL vide no 69/2014 when i was representing before the Honorable court with out advocate dress as i filed the petition Party In Person during that time court also said that it looks as if i am trying to misrepresent before the court that i am not an advocate by violating dress code, that to avoid the same confusion i represented the court by wearing the dress but today Honorable Chief Justice has commented that may be i am unaware of the practice of not wearing advocate dress during Party In Person hearing. I am unable to understand what actually the problem is but i am confused weather i am i subjected to JUDICIAL DISCRIMINATION only because i am always fighting for the rights of Muslim community? If so then i fear where should we go for protection of our rights? Is the dress code much more important than human lives ?? Or is it this because that the people who lost lives were Muslims??
