I admire the call for compassion on BOTH sides that the author speaks about in this article. Yes, there are some things I feel that she does not express or cover which I feel are important to explain why this is happening in the first place, and I feel that one side holds more blame than the other, BUT that is my opinion and I do agree that my opinion and anyone else pointing fingers will not be what solves this issue. the only way to solve this conflict is through a peaceful route full of love and that is exactly what this article revolves around. We must all remember that we are all human; we all bleed the same. We all want to live and raise our children and to grow old in a safe environment. No one has claim to that land and at the same time everyone does. It is impossible to restrict anyone from lawfully living on a land because not one of us owns this land. We are all given this land from the universe (whatever you guys believe in) and it is not our place to split it up. People must return to our humanity and compassion and forget the labels we put on each other. Palestinian, Israeli, Jewish, Muslim, White, Black, Ukrainian, Russian, etc and remember that firstly, we are all HUMAN. Also remember a very old and powerful technique.... Divide and Conquer.
