I agree however when I pulled off to check a voice message one time and as I was getting ready to drive off, I looked up to see a cop car in my rear view parked behind me and the cop was creeping up alongside my car. For being safe, I had to sit there and wait for him to check me out which took about 15 more minutes. I guess he thought I was rolling a fatty. Like I said, I totally agree with texting and driving and if it isnt it should be a Federal law by now but the law needs to understand that there may be more people sitting in their cars than there used to be. Its always going to look suspicious and just because the cops are bored doesnt mean they should subject you to a check. Just saying.
