I agree that this thing was written in hiding. I disagree that the stupidity of the American voter helped this bill pass. I remember the near riotous town hall meetings where these same stupid voters were raising hell about the wording and content of the bill. I also remember about 60 people who ignored those stupid voters being swept out of office a few months later in retribution. This guy apparently has a burr up his butt about something to even suggest that the voters are stupid.
