I agree with Rand Paul’s statement “…taxpayers shouldn’t be paying one dime to corporations and that crony capitalism should be first on the chopping block.” Crony capitalism or Capitolism is a cancer in our economy requiring its removal. The university instructor in me presents: What is Capitolism? Similar to crony capitalism, capitolism isnt capitalism and it isnt quite socialism, but combines some of the worst aspects of both systems. A business that makes decisions based on what will earn it subsidies from Washington [Government], rather than supply and demand, is capitolist. (urbandictionary) Its time for our private citizen voices to be listened too, and its time to peacefully stifle the career politicians (the elites). Live free. Jim McDermott, M.S.
