I almost died last night. let me first say that for the last 3 - TopicsExpress

I almost died last night. let me first say that for the last 3 nights I have got maybe 3 hours a sleep a night, then I spent the next 4 hours of yesterday morning chopping down trees and using a pick axe. after that I came home and worked out hard all while not feeding myself or drinking much fluids. so then we went to the fair to see tesla play. I had a fun time walking around with my family then 7:40 came and my family and I went to sit down in the venue. I went and bought me 2 beers (first beers in a week) and sat down. what happened next I was told by my son and my wife. I stared off into space and my wife tried to yell at me to wake up. then I started to shake violently and fell over in the chair on liam. mandy started to freak out and a small crowd gathered to see what was going on. A nurse was at the show and ran over and saw that I had no pulse and had quit breathing so she gave me mouth to mouth/cpr and got me breathing again. they then had the paramedics show up and put me on a stretcher and take me to the hospital. I woke up/came to in the back of the ambulance and was confused. they would ask me the date/day and my name and I did not know any of the answers. I was scared and was yelling at the paramedics to take me back to tesla so I could be with my family not knowing my wife was riding up front and a liams friends mom took him. i got to the hospital and was well taken care of by the staff and some friends who work there. my family all showed up and were super helpful. a special shout out to my uncle and neice who went back to the fair to get my car and while he was there he got a I hope you feel better autograph from the lead singer of tesla. all in all a scary night. all i will say is. eat healthy stay hydrated and get the right amount of sleep everynight. thank you to everyone who helped me. I feel like I got a new lease on life.
