I am Mr.Alban Herman Saint. Lucia first Local Tellecommunication Constructor and Manageing Direcctor of AH Communication Construction Company Ltd. Cable and Wireless is owing my Company AH Communication Construction Comnany Limited 840000.00 Eight Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars from 1999 for contractual work done and work requested from 1993-1999. I was caled to a meeting at Lime office in Corinth by Mr.Shorn Auguste Genral Manager of Lime, who asked me to lend Lime my workers to undertake out standing installations, I told him my workers were trained in our private Tellecommuniction School and were paid to atend School for six Months with transportation cost in Vieux-fort to Castries, We have not made back this Money yet it is not posible let my Company do the installtions at a lesser Cost he replyed no and stop my work and in to weeks most of my well traind workers were employed at Lime, since then my Company have not bean paid for completed out-standing work and a new 3M Moduler Jointing Kit which I importted from the UK, this Tool was delivered to Lime because all E/Side terminations were done by K-electric company and Lime. In 2002-2003 a meeting was held at Lime Finance Head Office Water frant Buildings in Castries to reach a settlement, in this meeting Mr.Auguste told me to take Lime to Court, he is not paying any Money, so much so that when Mr.Pamphile Wally head of Finance, took hold of my Documents to look into, Mr. Auguste pull my files from Mr.Wally hands in which I Was totally amaize and did not want live with out my Money after two hours Mr.Auguste ended the meeting and walked away. In taking the matter to Court Solicitors sold my Case, after agreeing to take 30% from any moneys which would be paid to my Company, inwhich I was in the Lawers Office every forthnight for two to three years, this Solicitor used his phone in three defferent times in five weeks to caled a nather Solicitor to recived my files, when 6 years was up he told me he cant take Lime to Court again. I took him to Court, in the first hairing his wife which he sent to represent me in my Case, came to defend him was thrown out of the Court room, and in the finnal hairing his wife came in and dismiss my Case saying I didnot give him any Money inwhich he took my Case to asist me knowing very well that I had no funds.
