I am about as mad as I get. !8 months ago I call the propane gas company to come get their tank, because my son had put in a heat pump. To day, I receive a late tank rental bill. I am fuming. Not only had I repeatedly call them and reminded them ,but they promised I would never get a bill. They are not too trust worthy. Now I have to go to them and do a face to face with them and I am going to present them with a bill for tanks storage. Not only that, but I will have to mention they have not pumped out the gas from the synagogue tank we just moved from and refund that. I wonder if that will take 18 months. I have deliberately not mentioned the name of the company but if they are not nice and cooperative I will tomorrow night. Some times being nice does not work.
