I am absolutely disappointed in Verizon Wireless..I have been dealing with receiving a credit on my bill because they forgot to remove a line access from it..just a simple $70.00 credit..and do you know its has been 4 1/2 weeks..going to the store twice in person..speaking on the phone 6 times..texting my salesperson which kept promising it would be credited on my bill...and dealing three times with manager and still no credit yet..its still in process...and after speaking with customer service they offer a $20.00 additional credit for my TROUBLES. Let just say this is ridiculous... and Verizon will no longer have my service.
