I am all about full disclosure. This is the ENTIRE text conversation between me and Rhonda Heakett Lackie on August 16, 2014 at 12:48 pm. Tom: I will give you one last opportunity to try and resolve things between us today before things get more out of hand. I will happily meet in a public place later today. If that is ok, text me time and place. Bring whoever you like. If that is not something you are interested I am fine with that too. Either way your intentional destruction of my campaign will stop today or tomorrow, I assure you of that. I will spend whatever money it takes to legally hold you accountable. If you feel this is an ultimatum, it is. Make whichever choice is best for you. If I do not hear from you by 2:00pm today, I will assume you have no interest in resolving this. Rhonda Heskett Lackie: I am not one of your college colleagues. .. you cant bully me into doing what you want. Tom: Dont care which way you decide. I am not bullying anyone, simply giving you a choice. I will follow through either way. You do whats best for you. Rhonda Heskett Lackie: Giving me a choice to do what? meet you or else? Im not doing anything wrong. You are paranoid and delusional. After your threats I most certainly wi ll not be meeting you anywhere. You are a violent, my way or the highway kind of man. I want no affiliation with you what so ever. Its really a shame that something like helping the homeless has become such a scandal. You are really something else. I am going to tell you one more time to LEAVE ME ALONE. Tom: Good luck. You will be hearing from my attorney first thing Monday. I triedHope your IRS paperwork is in order. Mine is. No reason to banter. I have my answer. Have a great day. 35 mins to change your mind. No reason to text anything but time and place to meet. Any other communication will not be productive. I am trying to ease my conscience before proceeding. Nothing more. I would prefer we talk and come to an agreement but you must do what is best for you and your family. That is what I am doing now. Rhonda Heskett Lackie: FOR??? IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO GIVE CLOTHES TO THE HOMELESS. and if it is, you are the one that told all your followers to do it! So why would you be telling everyone to get out there and make a difference if its illegal? You know what, a good friend of mine works for the irs. Im giving her a call. ALSOn order. Unlike you, Im not claiming to run a charity. I am one person, encouraging her friends to help the homeless. You should be ashamed of yourself. Tom: Ok. I would have preferred talking this out but I guess, for whatever reason, you would rather get others involved and spend money unnecessarily. I assure you talking would have been easier and cheaper for both of us. I request no further direct communication as if this text. My attorney is Mr. Robert Thurlow, ESQ at 386-424-1530. If you are represented and do not want him communicating with you directly, please contact his office early Monday and provide him your attorneys contact information. I truly regret having to take action against you but I must protect my interests.
