I am also disappointed at the outcome of Pistorius case. But if you dont know LAW you will make noise and have your own conclusion better wait and listen to the expects its about facts not emotions... Speed zone for Jub Jub was 60 km/ and he was travelling at 160km/h,he foreseen uba he can coz a danger to a human being,and dat is a public place ,he was also racing,worst part he was under the influence of certain substance. So charge from culpa to murder after those findings ,dat is why he was convicted of murder Oscar shoot at the door,with no intention to kill, dat is why judge said to shoot at any object does not justify the intention For murder,there must b an intention and state must prove beyond reasonable doubt, on Oscar state failed to prove. Law is law and unendlela osebenza ngayo!!
