I am announcing that we are expanding practice to include education law wherein we will prosecute IDEA violations and discrimination of special education students. These often involve IEP violations. I will be building the foundation for my wife Deborah to take over and build upon as this is why she is going to law school at night. She has half her Ed.D in education completed at Vanderbilt. Equivalent of a Ph.D. She will become licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky given this a niche practice. She can take the divorces too lol
