This what I ask each family member to do 1.starting august 30,2013 the first payment of 37.50 was made; therefore we will pay this amount up until November 2014 , and the event will take place july 4 ,2015 here in san Antonio texas 2. this will cover the transportation, everyone that is attending this event will be transported here in either by character bus or we will rent enough van for the people, those who are in waterproof who will come we will have transportation prepare for them also . those who will be coming from tdallas , i will have money for your gas on the day you reture home. i will ask every one what they want to eat and to drink and i will make all the arrangement here and we you arrive the only thing you will have to do is check into your hotel room. i can under stand if there are any uncertainty with this event, it is every choice and right to make any decision that is best for you. please know that this amount cover your household , there are not other separate payments .
