I am at my whits end with Rogers. A few weeks ago, we had our Rogers internet and home phone disconnected, as we had the last straw with Rogers billing lying to us. We would have disconnected our cable as well, but because of the snow, the Bell technician who was here to connect our dish couldnt, so we said, disconnect everything EXCEPT the cable TV. Guess what wasnt working this evening ? Our cable. I called, and the person I spoke to said they disconnected everything. What is so hard to understand when we say Everything, except cable TV? A few hours ago, the person I spoke with said he would reactivate our cable services, and that they would not have to send a technician out. We still dont have cable service.
