I am blessed to be able to donate my time to create for parents of babies who grew their wings in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, at the W.C.H. As a midwife from the hospital I see the love, dedication & devotion the families have for their little babies & I am beyond humbled to create for these beautiful families. Shared with love, respect & permission from Kathleen & Family – Amy XXX Beautiful words written by Olivia’s Mother Kathleen XXX My sweet lil Olivia, My angel in the sky. 1:35am 14.6.14 you came in to this world, I was scared you were so small born 27 weeks 1 day, 12 weeks early only 24cm weighing 900grams but you were so beautiful & filled such a big part of my heart. 2 days after birth Patrick and I were told that you wouldnt make it your lungs where to small. I was terrified of losing our baby girl. 3 months in neonatal intensive care we spent with Olivia & the lovely staff of womens and childrens hospital, as they tried everything for Olivia and us to do everything they could for her until they couldnt do anymore. Olivia was growing but her lungs werent, her heart was struggling and finally got to much for Olivias lil heart Sadly our angel left us on the 3.9.14 surrounded by family and loved ones. The time we shared are all but memories now that Ill cherish for a life time. Forever loved never forgotten.
