I am certain that the very same thing that breeds the arrogance borne of insecurity in some is the same thing that tempers that arrogance with humility in others. For example: Many who grew up in poverty never forget its sting and in an attempt to cover their insecurity may come off as arrogant or gloat about expensive purchases, jobs, social connections, or income. I can attest to the fact that my struggle with my weight has been more than enough to keep my ego in check. What about you? ........ You dont have to put it out here on Facebook if you dont want to. But, think about it. You just might learn something about yourself and find a little humility along the way.
