I am completely speechless! Today after the marching band show at Wayne Memorial Brenden had a sousa-off with one of the sousaphone players at Wayne. I have never seen my son put himself in the position of being the center of attention in a large group. It was him in his Livonia Churchill t-shirt surrounded by a large group of Wayne band members and their families. He played the first two songs from his show alone, a pep band song, sang part of I want to rock and roll all night and did the dance from his show. He also was teaching the Wayne band kids how to do the dance with him. It is amazing what marching band does for kids! Video to follow later!
