I am deciding to leave this group for many reasons. I joined this group when it was only 19 members; it seemed like an approachable place. Over time, this group is the most unwelcoming group I am part of, and yes, I am one of those people who is a member of over 100 groups. The feedback from people is the same every time a video is posted regardless of change, nothing positive is ever mentioned, nor is there the feel of networking going on. Feedback is very basic like, yeah you was too loud, its too long or just really petty things to change down to personal preference. I am sorry but obviously we wouldnt all be here if our channels are perfect. Critiquing can also involve saying how good points of the video where, critiquing should never always be negative or petty improvements. The rules in the group arent followed, peoples posts get deleted if it isnt a descriptive post about their link, yet if admin post questions that arent for critiquing thats perfectly acceptable? People need to be less hostile in the group and a lot more happier with each other. If you let more people in, that means more people viewing the content which means more feedback, thats what your members want. So I am out of here. Thank you for the feedback I got, none of it was helpful apart from this one time suggesting a shortening of time. I am pretty sure no one actually looks further into peoples channels or even further than halfway through a video shared. This will probably get deleted, or you know you are more than welcome to critique my grammar and spelling.
