I am extremely happy to see that 2 citizens of India and Paksitan got the Nobel prize - more importantly Peace prize - even more importantly working for the cause of Childrens right and education.. This is definitely a Red Letter day for our sub-continent.. While media in our countries have always been busy with celebrities, corporates, cricketers and politicians, they almost forgot this hero and not even bother to mention his nomination on the prize. Like many others, I have heard his name for the first time today (and feeling ashamed) While the politicians of these 2 countries are busy playing the war games in the border, we have people who silently continue to work to the real issues and challenges of the people with full dedication. These are the lights at the end of the tunnel and rays of hopes which keep the ball rolling for our society.. I salute Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Youzsafza
