I am feeling so thrilled to have solved a medical mystery. Lesson #537 for this year of my personal discovery: I should forever just say no to the flu vaccination. I totally forgot that Liam and I had the flu midst a week and a half ago, and for the past week I have had the most persistent, nagging leg pain - all the way down to my left ankle. It felt like I sprained my ankle, but I didnt. After talking w a friend today, I remembered Liam complained of the same leg pain a few days ago and then the light bulb went off: the flu midst. Liam and I got the flu midst vaccination at the pediatricians office last week. All week long Ive been thinking this immune response of my body could not possibly be just because I ate a Mexican macaroon unknowingly laced with gluten and partaking in my Pappasitos sin a little more than usual. Sure enough - there is a cause...my ol body cant hang w the flu vaccine. I hope I can detox that crap out of my system soon. Im so grateful to have a cause bc I was going a lil crazy there for a bit. Whew.
