I am flipping desperate. What would you do about a neighbor who leaves their dog out in the yard all night long - the dog literally seems to bark from 9 PM to 6 AM? Were in almost an apartment-type setting here with the houses on top of each other backed up to a tiny green space and the barking echoes through the green space up to my window and keeps me awake half the night. The baby keeps me awake the other half of the night. I cant tell if the dog has a house or not and its raining right now. I am going to lose my mind if this goes on for the next year.
