I am fond of eating and possess no immunity in food. There is without question, I gain the inevitable results--fatter and fatter. I realize I want to make a brave change to make my body and my tomorrow far better before I received all the weight, so I determine to start this journey. I attempted this project by recommendation of a roommate. Honestly, I am hesitated about it at start. But since beginning this project, I feel better and have reduced one size in clothing.
