I am going to informally plan a ride today from Brewerton Dunkin Donuts, gathering and riding around 1230, cross bikes, likely to head up rte 37 to the rail trail and then head east, there is the potential to divert to some side trails if we choose. 2.5 - 3 + hours? With option for anyone who needs to turn back early. Mountain bikes would work. The surface is mostly firm but it will be messy on the duds. Post ride hosing of the bike expected. Mtn bikes work on this surface well if ya dont have a cross bike. Weather? Dont know, likely wet. Short of a blinding downpour... I think a ride is necessary today regardless of the weather. If weather is a question, or anything else I can be reached at 708-5395.
