I am hoping that, we the Kolnyang payam, the most marginalized payam in the whole of South Sudan, can take the example of Lith payam which was completely overlooked when the map of South Sudan was incepted. Yet they complain in an orderly and mature manner. No doubt we contributed to hugely to the call of our struggle as a people, just like any other payam in the country or even more than some, but that has been overlooked time and time again. My point is, lets continue to serve our country regardless of what we are or not given. Lets accept that we have a new commissioner and work with him. We must have one agenda and that is that we work together, hand in hand to better our beloved county of Bor. Mamer Ruk is a citizen of our county and we must all support him. His success will is our success. My brothers and sister, despite the level of negligence we have experienced over the years, lets not be the Riak Machar & co to our peoples security and development in Bor county. Lets raise our concerns but in way that doesnt compromise our peace and harmony in our county. I admire Lith payam for what they did in regards to their omission on the peoples map, we can do that too. Lets just suck it up!
