I am in awe of Sloanes growth and development. Shes already following 2 step directions such as Go to your room and get me a diaper.” and ”Go to mommys room and get my phone. (I swear Im not using her simply as a gofer).She understands everything we say to her,she may not be able to talk back clearly yet, but we know she understands. With Slade and his autism, all of this didnt come until much,much later. Its a huge relief to see her progressing like this, because this was the age when we really started to notice some delays and regressions in Slade. When you have one child with Autism there is always a slightly higher chance of having another one with Autism.
