I am just finally posting about a problem with the farmers in the marketplace. If you are there to work and accept the job it is time to learn what it is all about and how to complete the jobs you accept. I happen to share all my tools and fuel for every single hire I make but yet I go back to my farms to plant them and there they sit with a batch of un-plowed plots and the rest untouched. Is it because you dont know how to find the tools that I am sharing with you so you can use a combine and harvest and plow at the same time? When you land on the farm the game will give you the best tool available for you to use if you use the eye icon in the preferences section and check the box along with the hidden and closed option. It will show you what work has to be done and give you the best tool to do it. You can also open your own toolbox and find the best tool being shared with you. It is so frustrating to have to go back and forth to the market and rehire people to try and get your work done so I finally have to say something in hopes of teaching at least one person how it works.
