I am livid! We use Intercare Medical Practice. I need a lady doctor for Tigs. Ive tried every day since last week to see one in the afternoon but theyre in short supply in the afternoons. So I keep her off school today and phone at 7.50 to get an appointment. The answer is no. The lady doctors are booked. Explain dilemma to receptionist. Get put through to Sister Colette who takes on role of gatekeeper and not assistant to solve problem. do you understand our problem....2 doctors are on leave, sometimes they go on courses, the lady doctors arent really available in the afternoon.... The best you can do is take your child out of school.... Hello, she is out of school. And hello, YOU Intercare and Sister Collette are not understanding my problem - who is the service provider here? And THEN, THEN she called me DEAR in THAT voice. God help me its only 8 in the morning.
