I am livid right now. Its no wonder people hate the dmv. After sitting there for 2 hours with a screaming baby in desperate need of a nap I get told they can only issue me am ID card because I dont have a piece of paper from Colorado stating Im licensed to drive. Even though I told the lady upon getting there that I lost my license from Colorado and need to switch to Virginia. She said nothing about me needing a piece of paper while I waited to be seen. And all I get is Im sorry for the miscommunication
