I am looking for a winter home for my lovely duck Maverick (and possibly his 2 friends)! He is a 8 year old Pekin duck who is a pretty cool guy. Normally we take him to a chicken farm for winters, but the person may not be able to take him this year. He stays the summers on my lake back home and is the lake mascot. I live in an apartment up at school, so I cant keep him here for the winter either. Somebody dropped of 2 more Pekin ducks on the lake and hasnt claimed them, so I may take those guys as well. If someone knows someone who has a farm and possibly chickens or other poultry and wouldnt mind housing a few ducks for the winter, let me know. I normally provide all feed for him plus feed for the other birds as well. I could also pay board for him. He is very handsome and lovable, as seen in the pictures. He also does very well with dogs and kids =D Please share this with whomever as well as the other classes, and maybe I can find him a good winter vacation!
