I am looking for maid/housekeeping service for my 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1850 sq. ft. home in Silverado Ranch. Need regularly scheduled cleanings every other week (two times per month). Basic maintenance cleaning, including vacuuming brand-new carpet second floor, mopping ceramic tile first floor, cleaning kitchen counters, sinks, tubs and showers and glass enclosures, bathroom fixtures, dust one ceiling fan, smudges around door knobs, vacuuming living room furniture, some furniture dusting, etc. Will pay extra for occasional venetian blind dusting, laundering of bedding and towels, and fridge/oven cleaning. Prefer a non-franchise team with references; the referral of friends will do for the reference thing. Looking to pay in the range of $50 - $100 for the right team, two people minimum.
