I am making a pot of scully tomorrow if anyone wants to join me for supper. Its nice and cool out. Perfect for it. Its a delicious hearty meal. I fry potatoes with garlic and onions until browned, then do the same with hamburger. Put in a pan with some V8 juice and let it simmer until it thickens. MMMM I cant wait. Its my meal of the week. I havent eaten since Saturday so I am really looking forward too it!
