I am moving out of the house Ive been renting for the last 3 years at the end of November. Its a 3 BR, 2 Bath 1,400 Sq ft Ranch with a gas log fireplace, large fenced in back yard, a deck and a storage shed. Its nestled in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. It has an eat in kitchen and separate dining room it also has a pull down for attic storage. Its minutes away from downtown Wake Forest, Gateway Commons and various other restaurants and shopping. The neighbors have lived here for most of their lives and one of the neighbors owns a business in downtown Wake Forest. The house is perfect for a small family or friends getting their first place. The rent is $925 a month. The owner may negotiate rent. I am helping him find someone to rent the place. PM me for more details if youre interested or if you know of anyone who is.
