I am not a big news watcher or follower. 99.9% of news to me is propaganda and manipulated/doctored lies, but This story stood out for me. It stood out enough for me to feel a need to give my 2 cents worth. Let me begin by saying that I simply cannot believe that in the age we are in, this event even took place. That a schoolboy was suspended from his place of conditioning (most would call it education), for deciding for himself to grow his hair out. This young man simply did no more than express his individuality in a completely innocuous and harmless manner, and the powers that be decided to basically systematically target and victimize him for it. The beauracratic archaic bullying powers that set a standard that basically ensures that every child in their jurisdiction and care is shaped/molded (cloned) into obedient little servants to become the obedient, apathetic unquestioning suit wearing clone army in the offices of tomorrow. What this young man did, should be applauded and nurtured, for that is the way forward, in the truest sense. Our world needs individuals, it needs uniqueness, it needs people to QUESTION and to CHALLENGE. People to break down walls, not remain locked behind them simply obeying and serving a system that relies fully on complacency and apathy. This young man is a Hero! A goddamn rarity in todays world. Because not only did he challenge a ridiculous and archaic rule, he had his suspension overruled by a court of law. Of course the wounded suits would not let it end there....the final word HAD to be theirs regardless of the court ruling. Upon returning to the school, he was informed that he was not permitted to attend the school ball, and he was no longer welcome to his football practice. This illustrates perfectly how pathetically anal and childish these beauracratic suit wearing sadists really are. Lets now hope at least he leaves that school for a more welcoming and liberal one.
