I am not complaining (or I am at least trying not to) but I will be glad when the canning is over with. Almost all the vegies have been late coming in so now I am trying to can the vegies and fruit all at the same time. There are times when it is hard to figure out which are priorities. Today it is bushels of apples which will take days for me to get put up. I am looking forward to a morning where I can get up and say "Ah, nothing on the agenda today. What will I get into today??"
