I am not from Aegis but I would react in behalf of the CC agents in the country. I totally understand if you are trying to praise Malaysia and market the place for Call center industry. Thats totally fine. Whats not good is that you are trying to win clients by destroying a country that u consider the most competitive area that u can have. Poor AEGIS. Well, its good that u left. U aint consider and treat workers well anyway, plus uve proven ur credibility and showed what kind of company you are. You win by stepping unto others which is almost likely CHEATING.. Good luck in your future endeavors. I hope calamities and natural disasters no longer hit your way. Lame excuses. You just cant accepy that you cant take Filipinos brilliance and perseverance when it comes to working.. And to be fair? Ee are the most patient workers even if you pay very low wages.. Duh..
