I am not one for broadcasting my intimate thoughts via facebook. But I feel that need on this one: I regret to inform you that I am totally disgusted by your restaurants lack of customer service. Not only did my 2 big Mac meals and 6 chicken nuggets take in excess of 20 minutes to prepare and deliver to my taxi that was waiting patiently at the drive through in, I also got threatened with police action for complaining about the amount of time it was taking to fulfil my order. Please note that a lack of organization and ineptness on your part does not constitute a crisis on mine. I will have you know that as a law abiding citizen and regular customer, I will no longer be giving my business to the Mcdonalds company after this incident. Does a peaceful inquiry regarding my 2 big Mac meals really deserve the threat of calling the police? Furthermore when my order did arrive, albeit 25 minutes late, I was handed the wrong order of 1 double cheeseburger, 20 chicken nuggets, a big Mac and a small fries together with an assortment of approximately 40 sauces that I didnt want. This is totally unacceptable and to be honest insulting. From this day forward I will never eat at another Mcdonalds again. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.
