I am not one of his supporters, but leave H.E UHURU out of this one. I think it is true when we were campaigning for the new Constitution most people did not read that document and understand it nor did they read the laws enacted later. Am just wondering how so many educated Kenyans today are up in arms against H.E UHURU for signing that Bill, there is an express provision in law that the Bill would have become Law anyway even without his signature. The people or institution to blame in this whole saga is parliament, whether through ignorance or spiteful design. Parliamentarians actually promised to cut down Uhuru;s pay and interfere with other taxation to hit back at government and Kenyan society in general for denying them what they think is "a good salary".
