I am not sharing this because I support the Cycle Track. Mostly I think it is a bad idea. It wont effect me because for the most part I do my best to avoid that part of Calgary like it is the plague. The ridiculous traffic light synchronization or lack of it, parking fees and lack of parking places and a few other stupid designs have caused me to abandon the downtown a long time ago. I just dont go there unless I absolutely have to and that means maybe twice a year I shop or attend anything in that area. However, this has all the hallmarks of yet another calamity and nothing gets my interest more than a good calamity. And lets be clear. It is the same gang of idiots who brought you all that other stuff that are proposing this fiasco. So have at er folks. I cant wait to hear all the excuses when this comes crashing down around the supporters ears.
