I am officially done with subway restaurant as a whole. My boyfriend and I are some pretty loyal sub consumers and to have a bad experience once in a while is understood. To have a bad experience every time at different places says something about the company standards as a whole. Weve both gotten ill from food at Subway. Last I was there I purchased 3 footlong clubs and paid 24$ and then forgot about my points card. The cashier shrugged and smirked as she said Sorry. Nothing I can do now. and laughed. I was the last transaction and she could have easily void and rang it again. This isnt a rant because of one incident. This is a disgusted customer who doesnt want to shop where my loyalty isnt appreciated. Im sure my local Ciros will enjoy my 30$ order every week because Subway sure dont. To have 7 stores so close and cant get a decent sub is really sad.
