I am on a quest to grow my hair. My hair has not been cut in my 55 years except to get out a clump of gum (before we learned the peanut butter method of gum removal.) I am doing the following: oil treatments, Biotin 5000mcg, inverted method(lean over for 4 min. to get blood flow to head), and finger combing, less heat. I have measured my hair from forehead to ends. I will keep you informed if it works. Any suggestions on how you grew your hair out past the normal length would be appreciated.
