I am on a war path today, first allstate automatically debited my old bank account for a insurance policy they told us they would cancel a month ago, and instead of them getting an non sufficient funds message, the bank paid it, and then charged me an extra 32 dollars for overdraft fee, then they havent debited my new bank account for my car insurance for 3 months, and they want me to pay for it all right now before they cancel my policy... I am on the automatic payment system with them, they have my account info and are supposed to withdraw the money automatically when its due. if they did not do their part, it is not my fault. Then to top it all off, i just got off the phone with cox communication (internet and tv) because their whole home dvr service is a big bag of shit. nothing works right, you cant watch what you record, you cant pause tv because you get an error, its a big bag of shit. So I finally called, and the tech support lady got an ear full and she admitted that their contour whole home dvr service sucks. So I may be cancelling my tv service with cox and going back to directv.
