I am over the bandwagon of burning jerseys, taking them off shelves, being able to return Ray Rice paraphernalia anywhere and everywhere! Where was this outrage months ago when the story broke? I by no means support the assault of anyone, but come on! You need a video to get upset? How about when she was dragged out of the elevator unconscious? Do you think she had magic fairy dust sprinkled on her? He ADMITTED he hit her when he apologized. So if you dont see it, it isnt real? Maybe he only slapped her and that is ok, punch a punch isnt? How about getting mad at the system that had to have seen the security footage and let him plea out to (barely) a slap on the wrist? How about the anger at the 49er accused three days after the new abuse policy went into effect in the NFL...and is still playing? Or the Steelers QB who was accused of instance(s) with an under 18 female? No legal accountability there due to lack of evidence so the court of public opinion doesnt count? Be upset if you want but be upset at the right people when it happens, not when the media deem it good TV. And for everyones sake, be consistent!
