I am pissed off. A pair of thieves have been driving up and down the interstate going into restaurants. They are short change artists. Their goals is to steal money from unsuspecting cashiers. They choreograph their actions to confuse and thereby steal money. This duo, work as a tandem and hit fast food and casual dining restaurants. We recognize them in one of our shops and turn them away. They go next door and hit the restaurant for $150. We have checked with the police in 2 cities and found out this is not illegal! Really! They are thieves! We were told if our people are stupid enough to give them money it is not against the law. I find this hard to believe. They case the stores like robbers. They hit when it is best for them. Even when we stop them nothing can be done. I intend to get their picture and post it online. We will pass out mug shots and their procedures to everyone. Eventually someone will get pissed off and kick their asses.
