I am planning on the transition from vegetarian to Vegan. I have been very successful finding substitutes for many foods but want to reach out to vegans whom have adapted to the diet for over a decade. Do you use nutritional boosts/vitamins? Or is there a certain selection of foods you eat daily to meet all of your nutritional needs? I go vegan January 1st, Im gathering everything I need for my transition (:
