I am posting this now since I won’t be on the computer much due to work and weekend. Nov 2nd is a joyous day with happiness and smiles with the birth of my daughter Alexis in 2005. It is also a sad day, with reflection and grief and remembering the sudden loss of my brother Danny from a very rare and unexplained condition – Myocarditis in 2011. It’s hard to put together happiness and sadness in one day, but I try every moment on this day. I look at my daughter and see the love that God has blessed me and my husband with. I also know there is a special feeling in my heart that my brother is with me and my family, but mostly, has a special bond with my daughter sharing the same day of his passing into Heaven and her birth into this world. I am posting the video that was shown at my brother’s wake. His smile and laughter will forever live in my heart and I hope the same for all that he has touched through his life here on earth.
