I am preparing a system at work that sends a signal to our bus - TopicsExpress

I am preparing a system at work that sends a signal to our bus service and alerts them when someone needs a ride to the parking lot. Heres the basics. Station 1 sends RF signal to station 2 lighting an LED. Then station 2 sends another RF signal back to unit one indicating that the request was received. The issue is, I wanted to put an audible sound on station 2 to alert the bus driver as a redundancy for the LED. I would then have to put a switch on there to turn off the audible sound. How can I ensure that the bus driver doesnt just tape down the switch and possibly ignore the LED lighting up. I was considering programming in a redundant circuit that would irritate the driver until the stop noise switch was released, or a bypass circuit that signals the base station that a transmission error has occurred. Ive decided to crowd source for better ideas. Thank you all for your input.
