I am putting in several bills this session to repeal or change laws that prohibit our freedoms. One such bill will return the educational decision making to the local County level and remove the final decision making authority from the State by allowing local County School Boards to fire the Superintendents that they wish to fire without the State having final authority. What sense does it make to have an elected school board answerable to the people but the Superintendent of the County is not answerable to the local Board of Education? What are your thoughts on returning all final decision making authority with regards to educational decisions to the local authorities?
